About Scott
I’m a digital artist and animator who resides in northwest Ohio. I graduated with a BFA in digital arts and 3D animation from Bowling Green State University in 2006. In the fall of 2010 I began furthering my education in graphic design at Owen’s Community College in Findlay, OH. Since then, I’ve become very proficient in a small amount of time with the Adobe Creative Suite programs on both PC and Mac platforms. I’ve received nothing but high marks and praise from my instructors, maintaining a 4.0 grade point average, and look forward to the opportunity to now prove myself to an employer. My career interests lie solely in the arts, be it in design, animation, promotion of the arts, or any combination of these. While I’m searching for more stable employment, I’m also very open to freelance and contract work. I consider myself to be a well rounded artist and have also trained in clay, stone sculpture, and photography. I have a strong desire to learn and better myself, both artistically and professionally. If I’m not taking any new classes, I’m usually collecting books or producing freelance work.
In my personal life, my main interests include sports, movies, and spending time with my girlfriend, family and friends. I love to be outside playing various sports, in particular, soccer. My movie interests are various as well, but the past few years have been especially exciting for me personally with the explosion of comic book movie adaptations. If you were to ask anyone who knew me, they’d probably tell you I know more about comic book characters than nuclear physicists know about the atom!
